Child support is based on income of the parties and the custody arrangement. The Friend of the Court handles all initial child support orders. We will guide you through this process and review documentation to ensure an accurate and fair order.

              4. Spousal Support

Spousal Support is based upon several factors: age of the parties, length of marriage, income of the parties and equity. We make sure our clients understand the process and will advocate zealously, when spousal support is an issue.
